Our client is now looking for a Head of Operations to provide leadership of its Operations across all Global brands and markets in Watford. **About the Head of Operations Role**: You will lead transformation of the current operational set-up (People, Processes, Tools) into a globally integrated function focussed on excellence in service, profitability, productivity and security of supply. In this role, you will both look to support short term business needs with pragmaticism and agility, and champion change necessary to transform Operations into a strategic asset for the company, enabling profitable growth across brands and regions todayand for the future. You will be responsible for up to 25 multi-disciplined reports across Supply/Production Planning, Quality Control & Assurance, Procurement, Demand Planning, International Logistics & Warehouse and Customer Service. **Head of Operations Requirements**: - 15+ relevant operational experience, of which 10+ years in FMCG Supply Chain leadership roles, including hands on or management experience in most of the below disciplines: - Manufacturing operations management (internal / external) - Masterplan / portfolio governance and optimisation - Forecast / demand planning - Production planning - Material supply management - Inventory management - Logistics & Distribution management - S&OP governance - QA leadership and continuous improvement Experience in having led significant organisational shifts, including definition of new Supply Chain processes (SOP / R&R / RACI) and successful implementation - SAP mastery as key user - including MRP / ERP modules. Experience in design of SAP fit-for-use infrastructure will be a plus. - Experience in leading multi-discipline Operations teams (20+ size) - Proven track record in having led and developed culturally diverse organisations, having personally driven Cultural change programs, and having developed and grown a pipeline of leaders. - Ability to lead and inspire the organisation with charisma and vision, including through times of significant change. **About the Company**: The company is a fast growing player in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
