**Day to Day work**:

- Report writing
- Assisting in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures
- Undertake property viewings and preparation of marketing reports for disposals (use of own car essential - business use insurance required)
- Attending client meetings
- Variety of other tasks associated with commercial agency
- Carrying out market research including property searches

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Good communication and organisational skills are vital to succeed as an Apprentice. You will need the ability to manage a varied workload working as part of a team while also having the ability to use your own initiative, and be passionate about delivering the best service possible for your team and clients.
- Word and Excel skills
- Good written, presentation and numerical skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, keen and enthusiastic
- Thirst for knowledge and self motivated

**Training**
- 5 year training programme (Level 6 Apprentice), which entails a part time undergraduate degree apprenticeship (4 years) and APC (2 years, enrolled in year 4 of undergraduate degree) leading to MRICS qualification. Full on the job training provided for all skills required. Career development
