We're currently looking for full-time temporary warehouse assistants to become part of a small, busy team for a buildings material supplier. The role will include the following work

1 - Picking and packing orders

2 - Loading and unloading vehicles

3 - General warehouse duties

Forklift experience preferred but not essential, an additional 50p per hour will be paid for relevant forklift experience (£11.71)

You'll need a good level of education including numerical and accuracy skills, a good communicator with the ability to learn new systems quickly, and have an eye for detail. We're looking for someone who is a very hard worker who prefers being busy all day.

You will have to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and be calm and adaptable. You’ll need to be reliable, conscientious and have excellent time management. It is essential that you have a **“can do” attitude**, we are a small team, and all rely on each other to perform their duties to the best of our abilities.

Hours are 08:30-17.30 Monday to Friday. Some Saturdays may be needed during peak period (Apr - July) - Full training will be given.

Hours per week: 42.50 (plus overtime if available)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.21 per hour
