Warehouse Operative

Assist Resourcing is looking for Warehouse Operatives in the wigan area, to work for our client, a well-known Logistics & Distribution supplier.
Previous experience would be preferable.
This is a really exciting temporary to permanent opportunity and would suit a career-minded individual with the desire to develop and progress within the logistics sector.
**The tasks of a Warehouse Operative will include**:
- Picking & packing across the warehouse using handheld scan guns
- Loading/Unloading containers - checking goods in and out
- Checking goods once received
- Put away and moving stock
- Packing & re-packing
- Receiving & dispatching goods
- Other general Warehouse Operative duties
**The available shift times & working hours of a Warehouse Operative**:
Weekend work only
8 - 10 hour shifts, between 07:00 and 19:00.
