**Purpose of the Internship**:
The Global Internship Programme is an exciting opportunity to get first-hand experience in a world-class marketing organisation.

Note: This role may involve domestic and international travel and the occasional need to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends.

**Key Results Area**

- Assist in the delivery of consumer marketing and business partnership campaigns across all marketing platforms.
- Assist in the delivery of social media content across owned and paid to foster vibrant social communities, deliver innovative social campaigns, and ensure that social is integrated into all communications.
- Assist the business partnerships team in the delivery of campaign activity with carriers (air and sea) and OTAs in the GB market.
- Monitor campaign analytics, Google analytics and other relevant tools, sharing results and learnings with the consumer marketing and business partnerships teams for optimisation purposes.
- Assist the team in effective budget management, control, and reporting of allocated resources in line with company policy and procedure.
- Work closely with Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Northern Ireland and other key stakeholders as relevant to achieve shared objectives.
- Upload consumer marketing and business partnership campaigns activity onto the Marketing reporting System (MARS) as required.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s GDPR compliance policies and procedures in respect of your area of work.
- Represent Tourism Ireland at various industry, press and corporate events.
- Such other duties as the company may from time to time reasonably require.

**The Person**The successful Intern will possess the following skills, experience and competencies.**Essential**

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (all disciplines will be considered)
- Must be returning to complete studies after the completion of the placement
- The legal right to live and work in Great Britain for the full duration of the programme.
- Fluent English, both oral and written, is required.
