Creative Project Lead

As an Creative Project Lead, you will work to facilitate the forward momentum of a project. You’ll team work with an Creative Project Lead, to organise the project from early concept right through to delivery. You will participate on the estimated budget and art resources needed to deliver a project.

**What You'll Do**:
**Project organisation support**
- Following the Creative project lead instructions, completing any tasks assigned in an efficient and timely manner.
- Supporting the coordination and management of the projects.
- Tracking and directly reporting project status to the Creative Project Lead.
- Flag any potential risks of exceeding a deadline or budget.
- Be an emergency point of contact and facilitate communication between teams.
- Help problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve cost cutting and optimisation.

**Administration support**
- Organise, file and maintain all current project documents.
- Help create, manage, and maintain the project budget.
- Help preparing the project scope with the Creative Project Lead.

**Meeting preparation**
- Scheduling meetings
- Room setup, devices setup. Ensuring everything is ready and running correctly.

- Proven experience in creative project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams.
