**What you’ll do**

This Commercial Business Partner role within Data, Analytics & Decision Support, is a high exposure role, with numerous senior stakeholder touchpoints and will be fundamental to embedding a culture of analytics with a purpose and business partnering across the Vodafone Billing, Credit Risk & Collections function.
- Accountable for leading & building strong relationships: managing the decision support team and creating strong working relationships with both the Consumer Business Unit & Vodafone Business Unit
- Best in class business partnering: supporting the business units to drive better decisioning in order to maximise profitability for Vodafone UK
- Driving outcome led analytics: linking internal analytics and Subject Matter Experts to the wider business, enabling focus on key topics, and being a key link in embedding a more commercial mindset within Billing, Credit Risk & Collections
- Ownership of Billing, Credit Risk & Collections commercial impact assessments in trading and key commercial topics (Bad Debt and Involuntary Churn)
- Effectively lead a small team of direct reports, with a focus on development, coaching and support, creating a partnership and collaborative culture to consistently deliver business outcomes.

**Who you are**
- A track record within advanced Analytics / commercial background is essential
- Experience of successfully leading a team, providing support & coaching to develop team members to excel in role and partner effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Proven communication skills with experience having effectively managed senior stakeholders from across the business is critical
- Highly proactive, analytical thinker, with the ability to positively identify opportunities and drive insight and appropriate decision making from data
- Working knowledge of SAS will be beneficial for this role.
