**The role **

The role of Service Advisor is important to us. This role is based in Newtownabbey in Gus Commercials, which is a recent acquisition of Radius Payment Solutions.

**We would love to welcome you to our Belfast Office location for the days you are in the office. You’ll report into the **Collette Higgins**, **Account Manager** on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.**

**What would your day look like as a Service Advisor?**

**Individual Management?**
- To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a professional manner
- To communicate well within departments
- To be always pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues
- To ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
- To build positive relations with customers

**What do we expect of you?**
- Possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Service Advisor, preferably within the Commercial Vehicle Industry
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, be well-presented and have a professional telephone manner
- Have a Full Driving Licence
