Are you a confident and driven customer service professional? Do you work well within a busy and varied role?
Joining a busy Subsidence department based in Maidstone, you will need to take pride in providing excellent customer service. With excellent communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative and the ability to prioritise, you will be workingalongside a close knit team.
Customer service experience within an office or reception based role is essential, and a claims background would be beneficial.
Role: Claims Advisor (training included)
Location: Maidstone
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Hybrid working available, but will need to be local to the Maidstone area to attend the office for meetings etc)
**Salary**: £23,000-£25,000 (dependant on experience)
What will the role involve?
- data entry onto a CRM system
- taking accurate details of claims, from customers
- sending quotations
- updating policies
- organising and talking to contractors, builders and insurance companies
