We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a small team for a company based in Parkwood, Maidstone. The role will be working as part of a Business Support team supporting a vehicle workshop with their administration. You will be working from home, however on occasions will be required to go to the office.- Duties will include- Timely and effective processing of purchase orders
- Ensuring all purchase records/orders/reports and related data for management accounting purposes are maintained.
- Ensuring that all quotations are produced in a professional and timely manner and records are updated.
- As directed producing invoices, ensuring all activity is recorded in the appropriate database.
- Ensuring that operational records and documents are stored and used effectively.
- Assisting with the scheduling of vehicle maintenance and liaising with clients and suppliers
- Updating all relevant business systems.

Monday - Friday 37 hours per week
