Resourcing & Talent Specialist (3 Months Ftc)

We are looking for a Resourcing and Talent Specialist, initially on a 3 month fixed term contract basis, to help us find and secure the very best talent into Bromford so that our colleagues and customers can thrive. You will inspire others, support, and encourage leaders to be enthusiastic about sourcing and matching people to their ideal jobs, based on DNA, passion, extraordinary capability, and delivery.
You will need to ensure our approach is future-proofed and best in class, acting as a custodian and ambassador of our employee brand so that we attract, select, and retain a fully diverse talent pool. You will work closely with our new starters and leaders to ensure we secure and retain new colleagues, ensuring the right frameworks are in place so that our colleagues can thrive.
You will work closely with HR business partners to ensure you understand future resourcing needs, such as succession planning and highlighting any issues you may face. You will take a one-team approach with our people services colleagues, keeping them up to date and informed of future vacancies and activity and supporting with the onboarding of new starters. You should build and maintain excellent relationships with all members of the talent and resourcing team. Sharing best practice and understanding current and future business needs; completing project work to meet SLAs and KPIs, achieve key objectives and providing timely and accurate reporting, where necessary.
Your base can be at any of our offices in Wolverhampton (WV10), Tewkesbury (GL20) or Chipping Sodbury (BS37).
**As a resourcing and talent specialist, you will**:
- CIPD qualification or recruitment equivalent advantageous but not essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Have at least three years’ experience working as a resourcing specialist (or equivalent) in a multi-site environment
- Demonstrate you can recruit in social media, including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Bring strong IT skills including all Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook and Word
- Be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of business areas and the current and future employment market trends
- Have a flexible working attitude with time, travel and demonstrated reliability - sometimes working during evenings and weekends, where required
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver to service level agreements
- Have strong influencing skills, be able to drive results and outcomes with a customer focus
- Be resilient, can work under pressure and bounce back when things don’t go to plan
- Be able to drive and have a full UK driving licence
- Bring a commitment to our DNA and be a great ambassador for Bromford.
Your previous experience may be in roles such as resourcing and talent specialist, recruitment specialist, recruitment executive, recruiter, executive recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, amongst others.
