Talent Acquisition Officer

**The Role - Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Officer** We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Officer to join the Talent Acquisition team in an on-site role, based at our Distribution Centre in Tewkesbury (GL20), reporting in to the remote Talent Acquisition Manager. Yourrole will be responsible for:

- Ensuring an on-site presence to recruit and onboard warehouse and transport operatives for vacancies in Tewkesbury and other sites as required
- Acting as an effective point of communication for the business, working closely with local operational managers to be clear on requirements and keep updated of progress.
- Liaising with agency suppliers on a regular basis to follow up on 12 week temp to perm conversions and track attendance of temporary workers.
- Ensuring legal compliance with 'right to work’ and licencing documents for all new starters and monitoring onboarding documents have been completed ahead of their start date.
- To provide all round administrative, systems and functional recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team.

This is a part time requirement suggesting 10am-3pm Mon-Fri, but flexible to accommodate reasonable requests covering 22.5 hours per week (4.5hrs per day, Mon-Fri), for a 6m requirement,

**Skills needed** We are looking for an experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Officer with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:

- Confident communications skills and able to build strong working relationships with the local management team and wider HR team.
- Able to work in a stand-alone role on site as your other TA colleagues are based in the North West.
- Previous experience in a high volume recruitment role, able to work at pace with accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft packages and pick up new systems quickly (training will be given on our ATS and onboarding system).
- Highly organised and efficient with strong administration skills
- Able to multi-task and keep abreast of many work streams and report weekly on progress.
