We are looking for a Projects Assistant (1 year FTC) to support the Private Finance Initiative team (PFI) in providing a compliant, affordable, efficient and customer focused service.
You will provide administrative support and cover across the team and will work on special projects when required.

**What you’ll be doing**
Working closely with the whole team you will be providing advice and guidance to customers ensuring that all contacts are recorded and are followed up in line with the PFI contract service delivery plan.
You will use a range of mediums to communicate with customers and process response repairs that are received, ensuring that any anomalies or queries are addressed in a timely manner. In addition, you will identify and escalate any contract breaches or KPI target failures to the appropriate contact.
You will provide administrative support with performance reporting and support on objectives to enhance our customer service.
**About you**
Strong administrative and customer service skills are a must, so you will need to have worked in a role where you have previously utilised these skills. Previous experience diagnosing repairs, planning meetings or taking minutes will make you really stand out.
You will need to have an understanding or previous experience in social housing and maintenance contracts.
Most importantly, you will need to have a positive attitude and be able to manage a ranging workload with a number of different stakeholders.
