**Why Join Us?**
At Ashgate, we are privileged to be able to share some truly special moments with our patients and their families.

We offer opportunities for professional growth and community engagement as well as competitive pay with progressive ranges.

You’ll bring at least two years’ experience in delivering spiritual or pastoral care, along with a good standing in your faith or belief community and a deep knowledge of world religions and their practices around death and dying.
You will have excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. A strong understanding of the needs of bereaved people, a genuine interest in the beliefs of others, and a steady, composed approach in challenging situations are essential. Additionally, you’ll be confident with Microsoft 365 and able to manage your time effectively.
If you are empathetic, open-minded, and committed to providing spiritual care for people from all backgrounds, we’d love to hear from you
