**Mortgage Administrator - Experience in mortgages is not essential but all round admin support is key **

My client is a well-established, well respected, multi award winning, financial services organisation located in within a short walk of Elstree & Borehamwood train station.

A truly wonderful, dedicated bunch of outgoing, sociable people who for years have been providing an outstanding personal service to client nationally.

The management are fun, engaging and like to treat and reward the staff however they do have high expectations in your work ethic.

**The role of Mortgage Administrator**

All aspects of administrative support to fee earners within the team. The role and IT systems we can teach you, but we can’t teach a high attention to detail or dedicated work ethic.

You will be producing documents and reports to a high standard that look good and are easy to read.

Contact clients prior to meetings to confirm appointments and obtain up to date information

Prepare documentation for initial meetings with prospective clients using a check list to company standards

Review of client documentation

Ensure all information is entered onto the company CRM system maintaining up to date records of clients personal details, plans, contact history and task history

Organise outgoing post

Make up new client files & enter data on a CRM package to ensure things get actioned.

Type, edit & format letters, reports, presentations etc.

There is plenty of computer work so good attention to detail is essential
