Job Title: Mortgage Administrator

**Salary**: £24,000 to £27,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
- Hours: Full time,

SKILLS REQUIRED
- You will have a 'can do' attitude and want to succeed within your role
- You will be a team player, who takes initiative but is happy to ask for help when you need it
- You will be a clear communicator both written and verbally
- You will have previous Administration experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a point of contact for client's, communicating clearly and articulately
- Build a rapport with third parties including lenders, estate agents etc.
- Understand compliance documents such as ID and bank statements
- Inputting information onto company CRM
