**Programme Delivery Associate**
The Programme Delivery Associate will be responsible for delivering logistical elements of Think Ahead's flagship programme. Working with our academic providers (Middlesex University), and a diverse range of stakeholders and suppliers, the post holder will co-ordinate a range of programme activities and will specifically hold responsibility for project planning complex events, and some communications and engagement activities.
The Programme Engagement Manager takes responsibility for all the overarching programme logistics and operational processes involved in the successful delivery of the Participant and Consultant Social Worker (CSW) programmes, in addition to responsibility for the strategic design, review, and delivery of key programme engagement and communication activities. The post-holder will work closely with the Programme Development Manager who leads the design, development, and delivery of programme quality assurance, training resources and programme processes.
This post is designed to support the Programme Engagement Manager and Development Manager in ensuring the effective overall delivery of the programme. The post-holder will also work closely with and support the work of the Practice Specialist Team, who are qualified mental health social workers that quality assure participants' practice learning placements in Host Organisations.
**Programme Delivery Associate Responsibilities**:
Lead responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering logistical projects related to the academic curriculum, and other organisational events.
Take a project management approach, matrix managing across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined delivery of projects.
Act as main point of contact with our academic partner for all relevant delivery activities related to Participant and CSW training.
Identify, asses, and act on or escalate project risk as appropriate.
Contribute to work steams and projects led by other teams across Think Ahead.
**Programme onboarding, delivery, and event management**
Support the Programme Engagement Manager, Recruitment Manager, and CSW Lead with onboarding Participants and CSWs to the programme.
Lead the logistical delivery of Summer Institute (hybrid online and in-person residential at Middlesex University), Recall Days, and Transition Period. This includes contract negotiation and management for venues; liaising with facilities, accommodation, and catering teams; and duty management of events.
Lead on other ad-hoc engagement events, which may involve travel to our teaching regions around England.
Support the CSW Lead and Leadership Manager with delivery of virtual CSW Development Days and monthly CPD workshops, including liaising with training providers.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in the Think Ahead network to deliver events such as conferences and celebrations events.
Manage budgets for projects.
**Communication and engagement activities**
Write key communications for Participants and CSWs.
Daily oversight of the communications platform (Slack), responding to queries where appropriate or escalating where necessary.
Daily oversight of the Programme and Partners inbox, responding to logistical queries from Participants and CSWs.
Contribute to strategic planning for engagement activities with the Programme Engagement Manager and other internal teams.
**Monitoring and evaluation**
Diarise and minute Participant Feedback Forums, Participant Voice Groups, Diversity and Inclusion Working Groups, and CSW Feedback Forums.
Work closely with the Programme Engagement Manager, CSW Lead, and Programme Development Manager to ensure evaluation of projects is completed, and actions disseminated to the relevant stakeholders, contributing to Think Ahead's culture of continuous improvement.
**Other programme activities**
Support the Health and Wellbeing Associate, Programme Development Manager, Programme Engagement Manager, and CSW Lead in their absence or during busy periods.

**Person Specification**
**Knowledge, experience, and skills**
Recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE 2, PRINCE 2 Agile, Agile, etc. (desirable, non-essential).
Experience of undertaking project planning and management activities.
Experience of delivering large-scale events and achieving value for money.
Experience in undertaking concurrent activities and managing conflicting deadlines and priorities.
Experience of writing engaging communications and altering style as appropriate for audiences. (Use of Slack and Mailchimp desirable).
Experience of managing a diverse and wide range of stakeholder relationships.
Experience of managing and running reports on contact/customer relationship management systems.
Excellent and demonstrable organisational and administrative skills including use of relevant IT programmes (Microsoft Suite).
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to prioritise and manage a busy and diverse workload.
Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to deal with people at all levels, internally and externally, in a confident, assertive, and professional manner.
Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent team-working skills and strong ability to motivate others.
This role may involve ad hoc travel around England, with occasional overnight stays.
