Join our Major Works Delivery Team :

The Major Works Delivery team are looking for an two experienced Delivery Programme Leads with experience in Project Management of large, planned works to include but not limited to Kitchen/Bathrooms renewal, External works, Retrofit and complex projects. The role reports to the Partnership Manager. We are looking for someone to join our team to bolster their current wealth of experience and knowledge.

Your impact in the role:

The Delivery Programme Lead will be responsible for the delivery and quality of designated large, planned programmes including Kitchen and Bathroom renewal, External windows and door programmes, roofing and retrofit works. Working with our partnered contractors to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality product. Ensuring that the property assets are maintained in line with the allocated programmes. All projects are to be developed into an efficient de-risked solution to which our partners/contractors can deliver. Covering refurbishment, planned investment, mechanical and electrical works, and fire safety remediation. The role includes being the first point of contact for residents, partners and stakeholders.
