**New Permanent opportunity - Fabric Maintenance Engineer - up to £32,000 - Midlands**

Are you a multi skilled fabric engineer with experience of working on commercial properties? If so, we're looking for a Maintenance Fabric Engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a Education contract covering sites between Birmingham and Nottingham.

**What's in it for you?**

**Your role**

Your duties will include PPMs and reactive maintenance across a commercial contract covering 8 sites with the majority of those being in Birmingham. You'll be working as part of a facilities maintenance team. The company strive to be exceptionally customerfocussed, so you must be willing to go the extra mile when dealing with internal stakeholders and any on site visitors.

**About you**
- You will have demonstrable experience of building services maintenance in a commercial environment
- You will hold a level 3 qualification in joinery/carpentry
- Happy to undertake minor plumbing maintenance
- You will have experience of working in a client facing role
- A willingness and aptitude to carry out a wide range of building services maintenance tasks beyond joinery/carpentry maintenance.
