**Area Sales Manager - Roof Tiles**

Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Roofing Products / Roof Tiles

Area to be covered: Midlands / Central (North of the M25 across to South Wales)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus

Benefits: £5,000 - £6,000 car allowance & full benefits packages
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Roofing Products / Roof Tiles will involve:

- Field sales position selling a high end quality manufactured range of roofing products & accessories such as: roof tiles, dry ridge, fixings systems & dry valley
- 50% of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects & house builders
- The remaining 50% will be spent selling to builders merchants, roofing merchants, roofing contractors and developers
- Experience will determined your turnover target
- Project size will vary depending on size and scope of projects
- Majority of your time initial will be spent generating new business
- Reporting into National Sales Manager

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Roofing Products / Roof Tiles experience with:

- Must have field sales experience in the building products market sector
- Open on your route to market as long as you’ve dealt with some of the following; architects, contractors, roofing contractors, builders merchants, roofing merchants, buying groups, housebuilders & developers
- Ideally sold roofing / heavyside building products
- Capable of both generating new business
- Autonomous and poses a positive attitude
- Energetic, enthusiastic and intelligent
