**About the role**

As a Process Support Team Leader, you will lead, develop, and support your team to undertake diagnostics and optimisation and ensure industry leading performance. In addition, the role requires you to support training and development of operational personnel.

This is a challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for development.

You will be required to participate in an out of hours standby rota

This role has also been defined as a safety or security critical role and as a condition of a formal offer of employment you’ll be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test.

Prospective employees and agency workers in defined safety and security critical roles will be required to undertake a drug and alcohol test after the job offer has been made. This will be prior to or within four weeks of their start date.

Prospective employees and agency workers who fail a pre-employment urine drug screen will have their sample analysed by the Company appointed laboratory as a matter of course. Failing a pre-employment drugs or alcohol test may lead to the job offer being revoked

**About you**

You will be a strong communicator with good interpersonal and written skills and have an excellent understanding of water treatment. A minimum of HNC qualification in a technical environment (or equivalent experience) is essential to support the needs of the business.

You will be a self-starter, capable of managing your time effectively with minimum supervision.
