Reporting to the Operations & Commercial Director, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring we have the right talent in place to continue our mission while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where every member of the team feels valued. **Your main responsibilities will involve**:
- Managing the end-to-end seasonal and permanent recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening and interviewing ensuring the Zoo is fully recruited throughout the year.
- Developing and delivering a comprehensive onboarding and induction programme to integrate new employees seamlessly into Twycross Zoo, ensuring they are clear on our mission, vision and values.
- In conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team, developing and managing the employee engagement strategy, delivering events throughout the year to ensure all team members are engaged in our mission and feel part of something special.
**About You**
- Experience of developing and delivering induction would be a huge advantage, you must be comfortable delivering information in both a 121 and group setting.
- With a values driven, can do approach - you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in where needed.
- You’ll have experience in communicating with people at all levels from frontline employees and guests to CEO and stakeholders, you will be able to articulate your vision with passion at all levels of the business.
- You’ll have a passion for working with people, a natural communicator with an innovative mindset, in an environment where no day is the same, you will be calm in a crisis.
- If you are working towards or, already have a CIPD or HR related qualification that would be a distinct advantage
