Human Resources Specialist

As a FedEx Human Resources Services Specialist you will provide an exceptional service to our internal and external customers, empowering and enabling key stakeholders and managers to find commercial and pragmatic solutions to people related issues effectively, efficiently and in accordance with local employment legislation. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices. - Provide support to management on recruitment and selection processes. - Provide guidance, support implementation and ensure on-going compliance with FedEx processes and procedures, relevant legislation and regulations, and predefined agreements. - Support an effective working environment by acting as an advisor and mediator in diverse types of individual and collective employer issues. - Identify potential people related issues or opportunities and develop recommendations for HR Management. - Participate in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and informed decision making. - Support HR / Business initiatives inc. change and transformation, with implementation of best practice within HR scope. - HR Degree or equivalent local qualification. - Broad knowledge and experience in employee / labour relations. - Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization. - Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels. - Good judgement and decision-making skills. - Excellent communications skills. - Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload. **Salary**: Circa £45000 **What we offer**: - FedEx offers employees a competitive benefits and reward package including a wide array of formal training and on the job learning opportunities. - FedEx is one of the most admired companies and trusted brands year after year - In joining FedEx, every team member commits to our Purple Promise — to make every FedEx experience outstanding—for the customer and for our fellow team members. - Being a part of FedEx means you are a part of a global network of solutions that only continues to strengthen its capability to deliver what our customers need anytime, anywhere.
