**Your new role as Management Accountant**:
Your duties will include:
Extensive intercompany transactions, journals & transfers
Preparation of Management Accounts for several limited companies within the Group under mínimal supervision
Full month end routine including preparation of full Monthly Management Accounts pack, Management Reporting & Invoice posting
Group payment runs & VAT returns
Ensuring all financial & legal obligations are met as the company continues to grow
Overseeing Purchase & Sales Ledgers
Cashflow Management & Forecasting
A small amount of Financial Modelling
Line management / mentoring responsibility for a couple of junior members of staff
Being on the project team as the organisation moves from Sage to a new accounting system
Assisting in Finance integration & other projects as they arise to support the organisation with its speedy growth trajectory
**The Experience & Qualifications Required**:
Experience of preparing Group Management Accounts and full Management Accounts pack
Must have experience of Intercompany Accounts, Transactions & Journals
Experience of transitioning from Sage to a new accounting system would be ideal
Ideally a Qualified Accountant although Part Qualified Accountants with very relevant experience will also be considered
Self-starter
Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups & pivot tables as a minimum)
Previous work history from Property Management or Consultancy companies would be highly desirable
Prior Sage experience would be useful
Continuous improvement champion
