The Role : As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll support a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across a range of industries. You'll deliver first-class client service, working alongside experienced Account Executives and helping to manage renewals, adjustments, and day-to-day queries. Key Responsibilities : Managing renewals, MTA's, and client servicing across commercial lines Preparing documentation, renewal presentations, and policy schedules Liaising with clients and insurers to negotiate terms and ensure smooth placements Supporting Account Executives with new business and client meetings Ensuring all work meets FCA compliance and internal standards Maintaining accurate client records on Acturis or similar systems About You : Experience within commercial insurance broking (SME or mid-market level) Strong technical knowledge across core commercial classes - property, liability, combined, fleet Excellent communicat... #J-18808-Ljbffr
