Job Description Administration Assistant - Theatres Full Time - 37.5 hours per week £20,444 per annum Join Oaks Hospital and our growing Theatre Administration team as we continue to develop our services. Oaks Hospital is one of Essex’s leading private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services. The hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay. The role The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed. On a daily basis, you will keep patient’s paperwork up to date and will support the wider Theatre team with effectively managing all admin for the department. You will be working in a fast paced environment and will need to handle job pressure well.
