**Business Development Manager**

**Surrey**

**£30,000 OTE £50,000**

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager, who thrives in building new client relationships and is highly target-driven. As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee building long-lasting relationships with clientsand winning new business. You will be Joining an excellent company that is expanding its salesforce throughout the UK and Europe. This role would cover the South East working with companies not limited to Thermoforming and Vac forming / Foundry / Composites/ Aerospace / Automotive.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Developing and increasing sales growth in the territory by building new relationships and account managing existing
- Planning and executing sales plans and researching competitors and market shares whilst creating account plans
- Proactively building partnerships with key business partners within the territory to increase sales growth
- Supporting market developments and reporting and monitoring issues
- Having knowledge of local developments within the area and corresponding the effects it will have on the business

**What we need from you-**
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and monitoring market trends and developments
- Forecasting following the business requirements this will be on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Knowledge of composites and/or Tooling or casting would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Management of own territory and field-based sales
