**Role Category - the way you'll work**:

- This role is categorised as an _**_operative_**_ role. This means that you are likely to move around from site-to-site or property-to property more often, depending on the work needed to be done. You won’t necessarily have a permanent work base as you’ll probably be able to travel from home to your site. You’ll be advised about your work location where needed._

**The Role**:
**Mobile Cleaners work 30 hours per week on a two-week rota of mornings 7am - 1pm and afternoons/evening 1.30pm - 7.30pm with occasional Saturdays as required. Driving licence is an essential requirement.**

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaner for 30 hours per week. Our mobile cleaner roles are physically demanding and entail working in all weather conditions; carrying equipment and supplies from the parked vehicle to the scheduled site to be cleaned. Mobile cleaners must be able to utilise both the cleaning equipment and technology provided to assist with scheduling work productively, gathering business intelligence and allowing for effective communication.

Organisation and planning skills are fundamental to this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment, materials and travel information is taken into consideration within your daily schedule.

You will ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation at all times, particularly in relation to chemicals, site rules, cleaning equipment, GDPR, lone working and service processes and procedures. We're looking for someone with a flexible approach to work who is able to complete assigned tasks to high standards within agreed timescales with mínimal supervision.

It's really important that our Mobile Cleaners sustain high standards of cleanliness within communal open spaces, offices and designated sites, so we're looking for someone who has high attention to detail and will help to ensure Thirteen's buildings are a visualisation of the brand for all customers and visitors.
