**The Role**:
We’re looking for 4 Mobile Cleaners working 30 hours a week with alternative shifts weekly, AM 7am - 1pm and PM 1.30pm - 7.30pm.

Our mobile cleaner roles are physically demanding, and entail working in all weather conditions; carrying equipment and supplies from the parked vehicle to the scheduled site to be cleaned. You’ll utilise both the cleaning equipment and technology provided to assist with scheduling work productively, gathering business intelligence and allowing for effective communication.

Key to this role will be the ability to organise and plan reactive tasks ensuring that equipment, materials and travel information is taken into consideration, alongside flexibility and the ability to multitask. You’ll also ensure compliance with all legislation, including health and safety, in relation to chemicals, site rules, cleaning equipment, GDPR, lone working and service processes and procedures.

You'll complete assigned tasks within stipulated timescales with mínimal supervision, whilst ensuring high standards of cleanliness and overall appearance. Sustaining the quality of the environment of communal open spaces, offices and designated sites through attention to detail will ensure Thirteen building standards are a visualisation of the brand for customers and visitors on every visit to the building.

Please note that a driving license is essential for this role.
