**Contract**: Full time, Permanent. 5 days/week Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (This is an office based job).
**Holidays**: 20 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
Parking Available on site.

We are an online retailer selling housewares and electrical products through various marketplaces such as Amazon & eBay.

Role
- Supporting the business with the daily running of the business.
- Managing staff Rota and Holiday management for staff.
- Planning and managing overtime and workloads during busy peak periods.
- Answer phone calls and taking messages.
- Liaising with Staff, Suppliers and Clients
- Ordering supplies for the business.
- Process customer returns and refunds.
- Communicate with suppliers on product returns and credit notes.
- Raising purchase orders and reporting discrepancies to suppliers
- Order Processing and dealing with customer queries
- Prepare documents for company accountant, data entry to accounting software.
- Assist with stock replenishment
- Support business with basic cost management to ensure value is delivered with all expenses.
- Ad Hoc Duties

Required Skills/Experience:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some previous Office Management experience or similar
- Ability to work independently and with a variety of people at all levels.
- Willingness to use own initiative and be proactive
