**We have an exciting opportunity for Lettings Leisure Assistants to join our current team to support external groups using the facilities at schools within Exeter. The post includes welcoming customers and setting up sports equipment. We can offer a variety of shift patterns to suit.**

**Salary**:£11.25 per hour

**Job type**

Over 50 weeks per annum variable shifts available Monday - Friday between 17:30pm - 22:30pm, Saturday and Sunday shifts: various hours between 08:00am - 18:00pm.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has the ability to work flexibly and is proactive in keeping our schools safe.
- Takes responsibility for the assigned area of work ensuring the areas used are ready for customers’ bookings then cleared and cleaned to an approved standard, ready for school use the next day
- At the end of the booking, will ensure that the building is secured and alarmed, in line with our Lettings Policy
- is reliable and trustworthy, with attention to detail and the ability to use own initiative and work independently.
- is capable of undertaking a role that can be physically demanding and able to set up sporting equipment.
- Has a positive attitude with good communication skills and enjoys meeting new people.

**Job description**

Fusion School Services are looking for dedicated and conscientious Leisure Assistants.

To welcome the clients and ensure that the booking space is set up and ready for the customers’ bookings and is packed away at the end of the activity, in preparation for the school day. There will be an element of cleaning the areas that are being used.

To provide an efficient and effective lettings service, ensuring the highest standards of customer care to our stakeholders and the local communities. Being the focal point on site for any customer queries during their session and to be the designated point of contact for any health and safety issues that may arise.
