**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised **Swim School Coordinator** to help us deliver an outstanding Learn to Swim programme. You’ll play a key role in managing swimming lessons, supporting instructors, and ensuring every swimmer gets the best possible experience.

As part of our aquatic team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing lesson administration, coordinating swimmer progression, and working with our instructors to maintain high teaching standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape and grow the swim programme, organise events such as galas, and support membership development.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Managing the Learn to Swim programme, ensuring smooth swimmer transitions and high occupancy.
Leading and supporting a team of Swimming Instructors, including scheduling and training.
Engaging with parents and customers to ensure a great experience.
Organising events, including swim galas and holiday courses.
Monitoring performance and working to grow the swim programme.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Essential**:

- Swim England/STA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Swimming Instructor.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim framework.

**Desirable**:

- Experience managing a swimming programme or supervising staff.
- Knowledge of ‘GoLearn’ and ‘Plus2’ software.
- Pool Plant Operator or First Aid certification.
- Experience organising swimming events or competitions.
