Role Overview:
As an Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Head of Finance. This is a diverse position encompassing both accounts payable and accounts receivables responsibilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring smooth cash flow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and review financial reports, assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns.
- Maintain vendor and customer records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
