This role will see you supporting the service's administration needs, including the recruitment process, organising training and managing leaving requests. You will liaise with new staff members as you manage and verify their compliance documents, includingDBS checks, identification, references and Right-To-Work.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing staff payroll and checking weekly and monthly cost report
- Liaising with head office/payroll, ensuring any relevant documents are sent.
- Create and update HR paper file.
- Ensuring compliance with all HR policies & procedures and liaising with all disciplines, especially Operational HR and Head Office staff, regularly on the delivery of HR practices and processes.
- Scanning of GP referral letters/clinical notes
- Care notes input

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- Secretarial and/or HR Administration experience
- Experience of minute taking and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- HR administration experience in a similar role or HR-related qualification
- Knowledge of working with systems to support HR and Finance Departments
- Experience in dealing with cash and performing reconciliations (desirable but not essential)
