**Locum**

**Band 3 and 4 Therapy Assistants**

**Rapid Response and Intermediate Care service (RRIC)**
- Part time (minimum 3 days week) or fulltime
- Various sites across Buckinghamshire - Aylesbury, Thame, Buckingham, High Wycombe, Marlow, Chalfont’s, Amersham.
- This role is working in the community in people’s homes supporting them with care visits with a rehab and reablement approach to enable the person to recover and become independent again.
- Experience working in the community preferable due to lone working and confidence to manage these risks
- Experience in rehab / reablement
- Shift pattern is 8am -4pm, 1-9pm depending on hours contracted and weekend working.
- Must have a car
