We are looking for a committed and hardworking Dental Hygienist / Therapist to join our happy and busy team in **Amersham on Fridays**. **The Working Hours & Appointments** - This is a part-time role, working on Fridays, from 08:30 - 17:30 - You will work to 30-minute patient appointments with a dental nurse - The start date for this role would ideally be immediately or as soon as possible **Benefits for you**: - Hourly or yearly salary negotiable, dependent on experience - We can provide a long-established patient base - Chairside assistance - Full PPE - You will be supported by a Practice Manager to make sure you get the right training and development to be successful. - We will also support you in your personal development throughout your career with us. - A modern, advanced, spacious, practice with access to the latest equipment and materials **About You** - An appropriate Dental Hygienist or Therapist qualification is essential - You will have previous Hygiene / Therapy experience within the UK - It is important that you have good communication skills and that you **want to** put patients’ interest first. **The Amersham Team** - Our Dentalcare team in Amersham is situated within a minutes’ walk from the Underground and Railway Station and offers good links and regular services into Harrow, Wembley and Baker Street, Denham, High Wycombe and Chesham. - The practice is situated in a building located on a busy main road in Amersham close to all the main shops and restaurants in the centre of Amersham with a large Multi Storey car park nearby. - There are four surgeries, one on the ground and three on the first floor, a separate decontamination area, digital X-Rays and separate staff room with all the facilities you will need for your breaks. - The practice includes a range of services - Private, Specialist and some NHS- including Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, General and Hygienist services. **Working with Dental Care Group - and why we are different** We are a recognised "Investors in People" company Dental Care Group is clinically led - which means that you will have direct access to the Director Dentist - who, together with the practice and central support teams, will ensure you receive individual care and support We offer a free CPD package with Dental Academy We also have a Sponsorship License and can assist suitable applicants with a Tier 2 UK work visa We provide opportunities to become mentors for foundation dentists and/or overseas dentists.
