**Reactive Maintenance Plumber - Croydon**

**Starting Salary : £35-40k**

**Mon-Fri - 40 HRS P/W**

**A full driving license is required.**

As one of our clients plumbing specialist engineers, your role will be to deliver the leak location and repair process on the back of a leak alert from the clients product.

What you would be required to deliver:

- Consistently deliver our brand promise to make dealing with alerts from the client effortlessly.
- Ensure the Customer fully understands the great service you will provide - before, during and after the work is completed.
- Strive to find and fix leaks first time every time, to the highest possible standard with mínimal disruption to the Customer.
- Use equipment and inventory as efficiently as possible and reduce waste where you can.
- Use Company equipment (tablet, laptop and phone) effectively and in line with the correct operating procedure.
- Create a favourable and professional image in respect of Customers, colleagues and the general public at all times.
- Contribute to a team spirit that is conducive to the client and its' Customers
