Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Coventry as a Customer Service Advisor You must have previous customer service experience within an office environment. Monday to Friday Office based 20k per annum 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Free parking on site Main Duties; - Handling external calls from NHS Patients and also across all business channels - including distributors - Booking deliveries for patients and handling queries in line with each NHS Trust policy - Liaise with external delivery agents to resolve delivery queries as required - Processing payments for mail order customers - Processing customer orders on SAP. - Raising invoices/credits. " Ensuring all customer contact is up to date daily on Salesforce. Database management, discrepancy reports, sample & catalogue request databases - Sending out sample requests as required - Upselling. Updating customers of offers and special discounts. Contacting lapsed customers clients - Booking in large orders for delivery. - Any additional tasks when required as per the business requirements. Person Specification; - Previous customer service experience is essential - Strong communication skills - Strong IT Skills (sound knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Excel would be advantageous) - Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment If interested in this role, please click APPLY NOW.
