To ensure that we continue to provide our clients with the excellent and safety conscious service we are known for, we are currently recruiting for an Administration Supervisor, based at our Stockton Depot.

As our Administration Supervisor, you will provide broad support to our Operations and Transport Planning team as well supervisory responsibility for a small team of Administrators. This is a varied role where you will be involved in ensuring Driver admin and compliance is complete, site PPE stores are managed appropriately, first point of contact for Driver pay queries. You will ensure that our admin team all understand their roles and have the skills to complete them fully. Working with the site Leadership Team you will provide general admin support and ensure that site admin is correct and updated as necessary through the administration team. Potentially you will be trained as Fire Marshall for the site and take on additional responsibility. You will be client facing, so having good communication skills and a friendly manner is key. You may become involved in low-level transport planning.

As such, it is highly desirable that you have experience working in a transport, logistics or haulage environment.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the operations and planning teams
- Enter data onto the system ensuring accuracy is high
- General administration
- Validating data
- Build positive working relationships with both new and existing customers
- Scan and file documents
- Delivering first class customer experiences
- Fulfilling orders
- Maintaining clear, timely and accurate communication with customers, vendors and internal parties
- Ensuring you work within legal constraints at all times
- Reporting service failures, unsafe acts and safety incidents or concerns
- Building positive relationships with customers and internally
**Required Experience**:

- Experience of supervising other Administrators
- Experience in an Administrative support role
- Experience working in a transport, logistics or shipping environment
