**THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE **

We are looking for a qualified health care professional to join our in-house clinical team; to provide training to new case managers, support them through their induction and transition them from onboarding to active case management. The post holder will have the skills needed to support the implementation of core case manager skills, in line with clinical and industry standards, and our own mentorship programme competencies.

You will also hold a small caseload of clients with complex needs.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING **

To facilitate the learning and to ensure competency throughout all case management activities.
To ensure that best practice guidelines are adhered to.
To support the understanding of person-centred goal planning
To ensure the embedding of all appropriate clinical governance and safeguarding procedures
Working autonomously, in line with Bush & Cooperating framework

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

Valid clinical registration with solid clinical experience, minimum of 3 years
Previous experience within case management
The ability to work in changeable environments.
A passion for training
Experience of working in high demand environments
Strong communication skills and self-motivation skills
Driver with access to own vehicle
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Scotland, and Wales
