**JOB TITLE**: General Administrator

**LOCATION**: Greenhithe

**HOURS OF WORK**: 35 hours per week, 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

**RATE OF PAY**: £20,020 per annum

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assisting other departments as and when required.
- Dealing with managers from different sites.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with general inquiries.
- Data input to internal spreadsheets and systems.
- Logging incidents/complaints on an internal system.
- Logging customer feedback surveys on internal system
- General filing/archiving and photocopying/scanning documents.
- Shredding confidential information.
- Monthly stock takes of stationary & ordering
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing posts, use of the franking machine.
- Occasional minutes of meetings when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
- Liaising with clients, and staff members of all levels in a professional manner
- Undertaking any other errands and tasks as may be reasonably required for any other departments

**Person Specification and Experience**
- At least one year experience in administration
- Experience in using Microsoft office packages and internal IT systems to a high standard
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, good common sense, and logical approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work with discretion at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,020.00 per year
