**CRO Manager - Remote (UK) - Up to £60,000**
Do you have proven experience in CRO and you're looking for a role that will offer you the control and ownership you're looking for? This CRO Lead position at a leading customer experience agency will provide you with an opportunity to own the end-to-endCRO function, working cross functionally with Product, Design and Developer squads in a pod structure, enabling you the opportunity to be involved in the product roll-out from start to finish.

The optimisation function is rapidly growing and developing and they're building up an environmentwhich encourages creativity and collaboration. They're investing heavily into their digital infrastructure and this position is a representation of the movement towards this digital transformation.

An opportunity to work for a leading customer experience agency who invest massively in their people. You'll be joining a rapidly growing and developing area of the business with the opportunity to build out the optimisation function further.
You'll be involved in all areas across the product roll-out and CRO process, including strategizing, shaping product roadmaps, identifying key areas for opportunity, and creating test plans.
You'll be working with experts in the digital and product space, with an opportunity to build out a CRO team and function working cross-functionally with designers and developers.
**What you'll need**
Previous experience in a CRO/Optimisation position is necessary, with a testing tool such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
Hands on experience using a Web Analytics tool such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
Proven experience successfully managing an A/B testing program.
Experience working in an agency/consultancy environment.
