**PRIMARILY REMOTE**
An enthusiastic and collaborative data-driven Optimisation Consultant will find this opportunity challenging and will be able to maximise their potential as there is plenty of room to grow and learn professionally. As an Optimisation Consultant, you willbe providing day-to-day optimisation strategies for several different clients.
**THE COMPANY**:
The company you will be working for is a digital marketing agency that works with clients and internal teams to execute high-standard optimisation by carrying out various tests (A/B testing), and based on the conclusions reached, creating optimisation strategies.
**THE ROLE**:
As an Optimisation Consultant, you will be looking at end-to-end CRO by:
Creating and managing testing strategies.
- Maintaining client relationships and satisfaction and therefore maintaining the strategic direction.
- Being confident in providing insights based off qualitative and quantitative research.
- Delving into user behaviour and customer journey.
- Looking at pre-test ideation, post test analysis and execution
- Delivering insights to key stakeholders.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
A successful Optimisation Consultant will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven commercial experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Commercial experience in using A/B testing tools e.g., Monetate, Optimizely, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**THE BENEFITS**:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £45,000. On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
