We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and hardworking individual who enjoys working under pressure. The successful applicant will report to the Reception Manager and will be expected to deliver exceptional service to both Club Members and visitors alike.
The Club Company (UK) Ltd is one of the largest owners and operators of golf and health and fitness clubs in the UK. The Tytherington Club is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to help run a demanding operation within our hotel, golf and country club.* **This position includes shifts, early mornings, evenings and weekend work**
*Job Purpose: Serves Members by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; Checking members and guest in for the hotel, classes and tee times, maintains security and telecommunications system.
**Duties**:
- Welcomes members and guest by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To help in Food and Beverage serving food and drinks when needed
Must have good attention to detail, great communication skills, be professional, welcoming and willing to work shifts.
