We are a second generation, family run accident repair business with sites in St Albans, Welwyn and soon to be Hatfield. Ideally you’ll be able to work across all our sites on a rota basis and we will be flexible to ensure the rota fits with your personal circumstances.
Due to expansion, We are looking to recruit a friendly and highly organised
Customer Service Advisor to join our professional team in the Bodyshop reception. The job involves accepting jobs on the management system, calling customers to arrange for them to come in for an estimate, booking in for repairs, arranging courtesy cars, updating customers on repair progress, arranging handover and taking payments. Liaising with insurance companies, car hire and recovery agents.
Strong IT skills are essential as updating our internal management system throughout the repair process is crucial. Scanning and using Outlook is also required.
There are also various other portals that need updating once bookings have been made. Internal training in all aspects will be given.
It is a very hands-on role and the day will go quickly as it’s a fast moving business.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year, pro rata
