**Scope and remit**

Working along-side the Technical Sales Team and Service Department, you will be responsible for the facilitation of the Service and Maintenance portfolio, ensuring that all renewal are closely tracked and monitored, quotations are raised, created and issued, followed up and updated on SAP business One, before handing over to the Service Department.

Development of business with new and existing clients, whilst building and nurturing relationships, ensuring the customer journey and experience is second to none.

**Operational duties**
- Working intensely on SAP Business One
- Creation of service quotation renewals
- Quote follow ups
- Data analysis and identification of new leads
- Qualification of all new leads via contact with relevant individuals.
- Assist in developing new business with all customer types, ensuring the foundation is laid for strong, trusting, long lasting relationships.
- Carry out follow up process on all quotations provided by sales team.
- Collation of data on won and lost opportunities
- Pro-actively maintain existing business, ensuring customer’s requirements and expectations are met, if not exceeded in all areas.
- Ownership of customer experience from start to finish, offering assistance from initial enquiry through to order placement, and aftersales support where required.
- Working closely with all stakeholders, demonstrating robust communication skills, ensuring strong working relationships are forged within the Stokvis team, our suppliers, and our customers.
- Provision of reports to management on activities and performance.
- Daily completion of CRM activities, including a record of data relevant to customer interaction, projects, orders, etc.
- Supplier quotation requests / quote generation to support the Technical Sales Team

In addition to the elements in this job description, this role also includes such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

**Knowledge, training, and experience required**

**Essential**
- Sales driven and experience working in a sales lead environment
- Negotiation skills
- End user point of sales experience
- Supporting customers with development of large scale/value projects
- Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
- SAP CRM and quoting systems (or similar)
- Microsoft office documents: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc

**Desirable**
- Commercial and/or industrial heating/hot water knowledge
- SAP B1 experience

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
