Inventory Associate (Thatcham)
Our Thatcham distribution centre is looking for an Inventory Associate to join our Inventory Control team. The successor of this role will play a key role in our daily operation, managing our inventory for the whole distribution centre, and work to troubleshoot and improve the accuracy and daily delivery of our SAP inventory platform.

As this role is an integral part of our daily operation you will work across any 5 days in 7 in a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. You will work collaboratively with other departments as well as independently deliver your own projects and investigations into integrity issues.

**About You**

You'll be self-driven with excellent attention to detail and a motivation to maintain the data integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be an experienced distribution worker, accustomed to working with high inventories and fast-moving daily operations. You will have experience of working with SAP and partnering with other departments to meet mutual goals and KPIs. You will have insight and understanding of Food Safety Regulations and our own Harrods quality standards and be a trusted individual to deliver to these consistently.

As an Inventory Associate you will be responsible for managing the perpetual inventory counts for the whole distribution centre. You will be required to create documents in SAP, activate and then count the documents. You will then run a variance report to show the differences between the stock counts. Working within a team you will also complete targeted checks on areas with known integrity issues to discover the underlying cause for the issue, with a view of improving stock integrity throughout the business.

You will also be expected to comply with Food Safety Regulations and Harrods quality standards, and adhere to, and always uphold strict Health and Safety standards.
