**Vacancy description**:
Regent Property are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Administration Apprentice to join the team in Glasgow. This is an entry-level role but with great long-term career-progression opportunities should you be interested

It’s an enjoyable and varied role, being the first point of contact for all customers, along with providing admin support to both sides of the business (Lettings & Property Management) This role may be entry-level, but it is a pivotal one to the department

**Salary**:
£14,606 per annum

**Working hours**:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

**Personal qualities & desirable skills**:

- Of course the ability to deliver a first-class level of customer service
- A high attention to detail (i.e. strong keyboard and numeracy skills)
- Not being put off by tight deadlines and a busy workload
- Planning and organising your own workload (no micro-managing here)
- Building fabulous working relationships with various other departments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (we can teach you the rest)
- Have an interest in the job and enjoy working for us

**Future prospects**:
Full time role on completion of apprenticeship. Regent Property are also committed to staff development through their internal training programmes, either through moving to another role or becoming more qualified in your current one

**Important information**:
Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
