You will gain a Modern Apprenticeship in SCQF Level 6 Diploma (equivalent to a HNC or first year of University)

Scottish Property Centre in Cardonald are looking for a Digital Administration Apprentice eager for professional development to join their team. With over 20 years' experience in the industry, they are part of the largest Independent Estate Agency Network in Scotland, making them experts in their field. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer phone calls in a professional and polite manner
- Logging all customer details/ notes on CRM systems Lifecycle and Gnomen
- Working closely with other team members to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner whilst communicating regularly
- Filling of paperwork
- Involvement in some Digital Marketing/ Social Media for the business
- Additional ad hoc office duties to support the team when required

**Additional Information**:

- Salary - £11,000 - £14,000 per annum
- The salary is expected to increase on completion of your Apprenticeship.
- Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm (1hr lunch)

**Future Career Progression**:
On successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will have the potential to assist the Financial, Sales and Mortgage Broker Teams with additional training provided in these fields.
