We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join us at Head Office

We have adopted a flexible approach to this hybrid role with on-site working a couple of days working remotely.

Our Recruitment Team operate as true partners to our business and are dedicated to providing close support and guidance to each division. You will drive quality and diverse talent into the dealership and partner with our hiring managers and divisional teamsto ensure a fair and consistent process.

You will be joining a hard-working, supportive, fun and dedicated HR team.

Duties and responsibilities for the role include:

- Using the applicant tracking system to review vacancies and administer them through the advertising stage
- Ensuring the system is used effectively and kept up to date
- Supporting the divisional teams and hiring managers, to utilise the system
- Screening and Shortlisting CVs against relevant criteria
- Liaising with hiring managers across the group
- Supporting managers with the selection process, offering advice and support, including shortlisting criteria
- Supporting managers across the business with any recruitment related activities and initiatives
- Pro-actively sourcing for hard to fill vacancies

It is essential that you can demonstrate strong administrative skills with a good understanding of Systems, and data. Experience in a recruitment or HR are would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable with a high volume of work, have the ability to work closely with hiring managers and have the confidence to communicate at all levels and push back when necessary. You will require excellenttime management and prioritising skills.

A key part of this role is forming positive working relationships with colleagues across the business, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act with integrity and observe confidentiality are essential.
